Where's the Group Calendar

Ok, this may seem a little naive, but we are planning implementation of ZCS 7.0 paid edition and the first thing out of the box the two bosses want to see the calendar for the four VPs. So the question is how to configure shares for four VPs so it shows up as one folder share in calendar, without adding a "special" attendee or anything else out of the ordinary. Just slapping a meeting on the "Calendar" calendar and it shows up in the VPs share. We've crunched through the forums and wiki for hours and don't see the clue. A little help?
