I don't really understand what you mean, it's a virus notification - what else do you need to know?

I think he want not to receive this allert,
the only way to do that is blacklist or ban address 81.218.3.138, from which you receive viruses, and not to register on porno-sites

it is not a solution. I understand that admin should get a virus alert notifications, but there have to be a option to disable for the users?

I have bigger problem with that, cos someone is sending viruses to our distribution list... so a lot of ppl included in the list get an alert.

In the admin console, global settings -> AS/AV -> uncheck "Send Notification to Recipient". Admin still gets notified, but the users aren't pestered.
