zmmailbox -z -m user@domain.com createFolder --view appointment /Calendar2

zmmailbox -z -m user@domain.co cf --color red /Stuff (Didn't have to specify view on this one as 'conversation' for mail is default.)

For sharing have a look at [SOLVED] Is it a way for admin to add shared folder to users without accepting in ema & [SOLVED] undocumented (?) zmmailbox permission argument (grant permission and grant rights requests are newer - acl's have changed a bit recently, thus http://www.zimbra.com/forums/announc...html#post62754 so we can better help you.
