I setup the new version 7.0, but I did not find the IM feature...

If you had searched the forums you would find that it's available but disabled, it's not supported and is considered beta software in addition the IM server will be removed from the next major version of Zimbra.
What is the reason for removing the instant messenger?
It is one of the features that we utilize in our work place and are promoting as our use of ZCS is being expanded.
