Default Mac support for Version 7?

Did I miss the part where the Network Edition now supports 64-bit OSX 10.6? Is that not in the cards?

I'll move this to the correct forums as it's not a Zimbra Desktop question.

The answer is in the Release Notes on P8 and the Product Portal

From the Release Notes:

Quote:
End-of-life Platforms:

MAC OS X 10.4 Tiger (32bit)

Note: End-of-life platforms are not available for ZCS 7.0 and will not be available in the future.

From the Release Notes:
I saw that in the release notes, but I also saw Ubuntu 6.06 LT (32- and 64 - bit), but that did not mean that Ubuntu is an End-of-life platform. It should say all current and future OSX platforms. Not specify a version(s). Its says Tiger 32 bit, I didn't think they would abandon the OSX platform entirely. I suppose that the description of the website " Zimbra offers Open Source email server software and shared calendar for Linux and the Mac" isn't exactly accurate then, unless you want to use an old version of Zimbra on an old version of OSX which is no longer supported, or you want the desktop version. I suppose this was some brilliant business decision, but how many Mac users were hung out to dry? May have been a good "business decision", but was a poor PR decision.

All I've done is quote the current Release Notes, if you want a definitive statement then get in touch with your sales contact or Zimbra support - don't forget - these are Community Forums not official Zimbra support and we have no other information than that posted on the Product Portal or in the product documentation.
