[SOLVED] zimbra bugzilla: unable to login

I created a new account at Zimbra's bugzilla but I cannot login.
I changed the password several times already but I keep getting this message:
The username or password you entered is not valid.

I didn't find any contact information there..so I am posting here.
Feel free to move it to the correct forum section.

Another minor thing: the login page says this:
"If you have an account, but have forgotten your password, enter your login name below.."

Entering the login name there does not work, the email is necessary..
So this is either a typo or it is related to my account issue..

Are you using your email address as the login id ? Have just tried mine and Bugzilla appears to be working okay.

No I wasn't.
It's working fine with my email..I don't know why but I didn't think of that.

Thanks a lot for the quick response .

ps: at the registration you have to choose a (user)name so I thought that's what you have to use..
They could give a hint about that at the login page..
