but what else nginx is responsible for in zimbra server?

It's not 'responsible' for anything other than being a proxy, it should not be installed on a single server as it can cause problems.

If admins are not against, i`ll continue this thread...

I made all the changes according to Phoenix post (disabled proxy), and upgraded Zimbra to 7.1.1 version, but the problem is still occur, java processes hang up after day or two of normal processing.

Maybe somebody have the same problem or even solved it?
