Exclamation Bug with disabled "preferences" tab

Hi,
noticed a bug in 7.0.0_GA_3077.RHEL5_64_20110127201852
when i disable preferences tab in default COS, than login by user of this cos, and try to change view of ajax web client: read area from bottom toggle to right or fully disable read area. I get an error:
method: [unknown]
msg: permission denied: can not modify options
code: service.PERM_DENIED
detail: soap:Sender
in 6.0.10 I'm not found this bug.

I disable preferences because of Bug 33593, that allow users to change their "from:" property, when option "Persona" are disabled too. I can't allow my users call themselves like a "Vladimir Putin" or "Dmitry Medvedev"

Default

I think that this happens because the button "view" changes the global settings for the web client, the same as on the Properties tab. But if it is disabled, then an error occurs, and "view" of web client is not retained after reboot.

can somebody help me to solve the problem with bug 33593? Then I will not disable the "properties" and the problem goes away by itself.
