Reading Pane Keeps Resetting

Running latest ZCS on Ubuntu 10.04.2 LTS, for some reason the reading pane view setting does not "stick" for any of our users. Most of them prefer it on the right, but every time they login it's reset to the bottom.

Interestingly enough, we have another server with the same version of Zimbra on Debian 5 and the setting works fine.

Has anyone run into this and knows how to fix it?

The 'latest' version of Zimbra is ZCS 7, is that what you're running?

Does this always happen for these users? Which browser is it and does the same thing happen if they use another browser? Have them remove the cookies from their browser and try again.

I think this the same problem like to disable preference tab. If it's disabled - users can toggle reading pane but it didn't saved after relogin, if it's enabled - reading pane saved in it's place after relogin.

Oops! Sorry, didn't realize there was a new release (I usually depend on the upgrade notification emails), I am on 6.0.10.

It is any user, any browser - we have tried IE, FF, Opera and Chrome. Clearing cookies does not help.

I don't have the preference tab disabled for any users though.
