I don't receive mails from some domains

Hi everybody,

I've got a huge problem, I can't receive mail from some domains, when I execute this command to check it

tail -f /var/log/zimbra | grep "name@domain.com.pe" --color

I can view logs when I send the message, but when those domains reply my mail I can't see logs activity, howerver when I receive the message from a domain which get my mailbox I can see the activity in the logs... What does it mean? those mails are not getting my mailserver?... DNS problem?

yes it is, My ISP has created correctly it
