[SOLVED] amavisd.conf, non-persistent? (6,07_GA_NE)

Hi guys
There are something rare, after 6.07_GA NE upgrade, changes I made in amavisd.conf are not persistent.

Probably amavis start up script have been modified recently to replace the modified config file with a new fresh file each time amavis is started.

What do you suggest to make file persistent?

/opt/zimbra/conf/amavisd.conf = WRONG file to edit

/opt/zimbra/conf/amavisd.conf.in = Correct file to edit

Its always been like this , not specific to 6,07_GA_NE. moreover there are many template configuration files with *.in extension zimbra uses.

Hooo man please!!!...was a question for rookies?? ... the most rare thing, I've always changed this file, and so far it had worked properly, at least for previous Zimbra version.

Changing amavisd.conf might work temporarily, but it probably gets overwritten when you stop/start zimbra (or zmamavisdctl, or anything that calls zmamavisdctl).

Even amavisd.conf.in may get overwritten on upgrade, so if you change it, I'd recommend making a backup of the changes.
