Using cerificate only for human interactable serivices

Hi

Since im having such great errors deploying my certificate for all services, im wondering if is possible do add a certain certificate to only some services.

Im looking for some way to add one certificate to only human interactable parts of my system such as imaps, stmps and webmail and have the other systems run on the standard certificate.

Is there any such way, i have looked through the different certificate commands but cant seem to figure out a way.
