Not Owned by root admin emails

Hi Everyone,
Not sure if this is a big deal or not.. one of my clients nightly admin script at the bottom lists the following

postfix-script (total: 4)
        1   not owned by root: /opt/zimbra/postfix-2.6.7.2z/conf/main.cf
        1   not owned by root: /opt/zimbra/data/postfix/spool
        1   not owned by root: /opt/zimbra/postfix-2.6.7.2z/conf/master.cf
        1   not owned by root: /opt/zimbra/postfix-2.6.7.2z/conf/master.cf.in

THey are on ubuntu 10.04 64bit running 6.10 Network edition.

Should we be worried about the above??

They're warning messages and of no significance.
