ZCS NE or Appliance as VM on Snow Leopard Server?

Hi all,

I've got a six-year-old ZCS NE installation (presently at 5.x) running on an aging Supermicro server running RHEL4. Right above that, I've got a hilariously powerful and underutilized latest-generation XServe running Mac OS X Server 10.6.5. Clearly, that's the box I'd like to run ZCS on.

Has anyone been successful in running ZCS 6 NE or Appliance in a VM on Snow Leopard Server? Has anyone migrated their existing mailboxes from an older Linux installation to a setup like that?

I'd like to know.
