Sharing Calendar with entire domain

Is this possible? We'd like to have certain calendars available for all our users to see but sending an invite to each one tedious. Has to be a better way. Is there?

Unfortunately there is no way to really automate this while using the admin interface to create accounts. There is a cli tool that an let you easily script adding a calendar to all user, zmmailbox. see the wiki at Zmmailbox - Zimbra :: Wiki

So you could easily make a script to add a calendar to all users, but you would need to add it via cli to each additional user you create afterwards

Bdial, THis share won't automatically show in outlook though correct?

i don't think so, although we don't really use the outlook connector where i am.

A share mounted in ZWC won't automatically appear in Outlook, but in recent versions of ZCO, it will cause a button to appear at the bottom of the Outlook window. Clicking the button will let you quickly/easily mount the share.
