Changing URL for Documents and Admin site

I configured my secure webmail to load through port 11443 and set it up to load using the url "http://email.mysite.com" through Apache proxypass. However when I try to download a document through briefcase it tries to load the page at "https://mail.mysite.com:11443/..." which fails. If I manually change the URL to "email.mysite.com..." the document will load. Where do I configure Zimbra to set the correct document locations?

Also my admin panel loads with "zimbraadmin.mysite.com" instead of "mysite.com:7071", but when I click "Domain Admin" from the email client it tries to access through "https://email.mysite.com:7071". How do I change this?
