Exclamation Limiting sending networks

Hello, i'm trying to limit the networks that my zimbra server can send mails.

I have two networks :
192.168.0.x - Internal network
10.10.10.x - Servers network

My mail server its in the "Servers network", and i need only localhost to be my sending network, and set each server address (even from the internal network, but not the entire range) i need to send emails (like with my website machine, glpi, etc.)

And another question is, its possible to limit for example that each user can send only 400 emails per day (And this limit not be attached for the admin) ?, to avoid spams from my network.

Thanks.
