Default Improving Zimbra security (especially anti-sapm/anti-virus filtering)

Hi all,

I would like to improve Zimbra security (especially anti-sapm/anti-virus filtering), the solution I find is to build a Anti-Spam Anti-Virus Gateway Email Server as described here: Debian Anti-Spam Anti-Virus Gateway Email Server using Postfix, Amavisd-new, SpamAssassin, Razor, DCC, Pyzor, and ClamAV HOWTO
I would like to ask: after building this server how can I configure Zimbra to use it both for incoming and outgoing mails?

Thanks in advance for your help.

you can certainly do this, and if i'm not mistaken the setting for this would be in the global settings -> MTA of the admin panel. specifically the "relay MTA for external delivery" setting.

however you can do the same thing with zimbra by installing just MTA (postfix) and AV/AS services on said machines and maintain the integration with the rest of the system. fairly certain you can put AV/AS on its own machine and MTA on its own machine if you needed too.
