You should update your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post the output in this thread):

Code:
zmcontrol -v

You need to give details about this server, whether it's a new install or an upgrade and how long this problem has been happening. Also, look in the log files for errors and see whether the sending server is making a connection and whether the mail arrives in Zimbra.

ok, let's go then this server is a time in the air and apparently is working normal sends and receives mail, only some domains can not send email to him. Monitoring emails the client realized that he receives email but give forth since he does not know what to put down the log that the client sent me

You didn't answer the rest of my questions, namely:

The details you've posted from the log only show that an email has been received at the server and not whether it's been delivered to a mailbox. You should see details in the log telling you that it's been delivered to a mailbox (or not), do you see them?

ok, I just do not know where I see it in the logs because they do not have much experience with zimbra, and it is a facility that is already running a long time and a few weeks ago that the client noticed it
