Default ZCO sync problem "too large mailbox"

Dear Sirs,
I am testing Zimbra network edition, nevertheless also with the new version 4.0.2 continuous to have problems with the Outlook connector; particularly, when I try to syncronize for the first time my mail account I receive the following error:

Your mailbox is larger than the maximum allowable size and cannot be synchronized.

How can I resolve this problem?

Thanks for the help.

Fabio

Isn't there a 2gb limit with Outlook, or was that resolved with recent versions?

Yes, I have read on Zimbra Forum Announcements that this limit was resolved in 4.0.2 version, nevertheless I don't succeed in syncronizing the accounts yet.

Unhappy

I have looked in the Forum's thread information about this problem; in the following thread:

Maximum mailbox size

Sam writes that the aforesaid limit of 2 GBs depends on the dimension of the file .zdb on the PC client. But I don't want to download the whole contained of account e-mail in a file .zdb, because otherwise I would have connected in POP3.
Have I understood badly? Is there another way to configure outlook to avoid this? Or Outlook Connector creates really a file .zdb of the same dimensions of the e-mail account?

I hope to have understood badly, otherwise it would be impossible for me to use this type of tool.

In version 4.0.236 of the connector the 2gb limitation has been removed. From your description it doesn't sound like you have 4.0.236 because the code that checks the mailbox size on initial sync has been removed.

What is the version number of LSMSSP32.DLL?
