user can't sort by "From"

I've included a missive from one of my users regarding the Zimbra web interface...can anyone give a pointer?

When I move my mouse marker over the "Size," "Received," and "Subject" buttons above those fields (without pressing), they all open a small prompting widow telling me what the buttons do: "Sort by Size," "Sort by Received," and "Sort by Subject." If I press the left button, the mail is sorted according to the function indicated.

HOWEVER, when I move the mouse marker over the "From" button, a small window is again opened, but it just says "From." If I press the left button nothing happens (As one might expect considering the "From"-only message.

Unfortunately, I often used the "Sort by From" function when using Thunderbird since I often want to see other messages related to the same sender. I then revert back to "Sort by Receiver" display so as to present the most recent e-mail at the top (or bottom in the case of Thunderbird - so these are the only sorting functions I ever use.

My browser is Mozilla Firefox version 3.6.13
My PC is running Windows XP Professional

this happens in conversation mode. if you switch to message mode you can sort by from fine
