I am having some problem with spam in zimbra 6.10, but today I was checking the admin console and I look a zimbra user admin session! is that correct? how I can block this access to the admin console like zimbra user. If I remember well I didnot set any password for this user.

I'm not really sure what you're asking here. Are you saying you want to block an Admin from seeing the Admin UI?
In the web admin console I am seeing a zimbra user session with administrator privileges.
In the accounts, I did not create a "zimbra" user, so I never assign admin privileges to this account. but in the server statistics, option "Administrator session" thereis a Account named "zimbra" with admin privileges. I just want to have one administrator... my account, so How I can block the access to the zimbra user if it doesnt exist?

The zimbra 'user' is actually the Zimbra server itself and that user account was created on your server when you installed Zimbra - it's perfectly normal.
