Inbox of one of my account is empty

Hi Zimbra Team,

I noticed one of our account's inbox and sent mail is empty. I have gone through the forum and did re-indexing etc. but still it does not show ant email on that account. While re-indexing it is showing 430 emails but after completion nothing happens... Please suggest how to retrieve these mails.

zmcontrol -v

How are you connecting to the account, with the web UI or a fat client? Does the email show up in a fat client? Are the messages still in the mail store?
