You profile says you have 'Zimbra 3' installed, is that correct? You should update your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post the output in this thread):

Code:
zmcontrol -v

You need to give some details about this problem. What client is being used to send the email? Is the user local or remote?

If you can connect to the server then get the Zimbra version with the following:

Code:
$set:get version
Enter that in the search bar in the Web UI and hit enter, you'll see a version listed in a pop-up.

I am using some vb script for sending mails & the mail address will fetch from
my oracle database. This script will get the email address randomly from database.

The users are in remote like, gmail, yahoo. From web UI & outlook i am able to send with out any issue.

My zimbra version:6.0.5

I beleive you need to add the IP of the machine on which you are running your VB script to my networks in main.cf file of postfix.

That will open a security hole in the mail server if the submitting PC is ever compromised. They should be authenticating against the Zimbra server for submitting mail for an external server.

Hi Team,

Thanks for your reply. By default in my zimbra server main.cf file my networks ip address is 127.0.0.0/24 & 192.168.1.0/24.(example) The vb script machine is another network that is 172.16.200.10. I am accessing my zimbra mail server through internet only there is no lan connectivity for this two networks. I am using two firewalls in these networks. i am Nated with zimbra mail server and through public ip only i am trying to send mails. In this scenario if i add lan ip address(vb script machine) in zimbra how it will work. correct me if i am wrong?

Regards,
Sethu
