Mail queue does not display any information

Hi, I have a problem on my zimbra server. When I go in mail queuing does not appear, nor give any error messages but does not appear, nor the informations of the mail queue. It is as if the server was not taking or displaying any information about the traffic of emails. Can anyone help me about it? The system logs give no errors unless the zimbra be climbing with the "zmcontrol start" that appears something like:

It won't show any information unless there are items in the queue at the time you look at it in the Admin UI. Do you have some reason to think that there's email in the queue that should be showing?

But I send emails and get the same instant that the emails being sent by viewing the field of e-mail queues to see if it appears in the source domain, domain receiving any kind of information but does not display anything ... Are you sure that this way that the server is running this correct?

Yes, I'm sure. Unless you have an exceptionally busy mail server (or there is some deferred mail) the likelihood is you won't see anything in the mail queue display in the Admin UI. I'm assuming that mail is being sent/received normally?

You need to diagnose that problem, you would not see these emails in the mail queue display unless they were deferred. Have a look in the log files and see if there's any connection attempts from a mail server that you should be getting mail from (you should see the IP address of the server in the logs if it's trying to connect).
