Default Remove a message from the store?

Question, or a few... if a spammer sends mail to say a few thousand people at our domain, is it true that zimbra stores the body of the message once and then has some kind of pointer system for each user? (if the message was bcc'd or cc'd to all users)

If that is the case, is there a way to delete this particular message from the store so that the users do not get it (lets just say for example, a spammer/scammer sends 4000 phishing emails to our domain, they are all the same, and they are all CC/BCC, so zimbra stores the message once).

Thanks.

Yes, that's correct.

If it's spam then it should be caught by the anti-spam system or any of the RBLs or anti-spam improvements you've made to your system.
