Is there a way to set up a retention policy for briefcase items - much like email items? I dont see a way in the gui - but I thought there was maybe a backdoor.. thanks!

I'm trying to find the answer to this as well. Anyone?
Legal requirements. A briefcase can be used as a form of electronic communication, same as a draft email, when the environment is one account per business unit (a retail store location, for example).
I'm surprised at the dearth of information on this subject. Has no one out there scripted a solution to prevent the briefcase feature from being used as perpetual storage?
The usual legal requirement is to keep information not delete it, what jurisdiction is this?
