relay does not work: zimbraMtaRelayHost != main.cf(relayhost)

Hi everybody,

we are trying 7 beta. Our server has to send emails through relay host. So we configured "relay MTA for external delivery" using web admin tool.

But it did not relay outgoing emails..in log we could see that its trying to connect directly to ..lets say gmail.com ("no route to host"). We checked settings in zmprov getServer....and zimbraMtaRelayHost is configured correctly.

Eventually we checked main.cf in /opt/zimbra/postfix/conf....and here it is...relayhost = "nothing here" -> no relayhost configured.

Once i've modified main.cf and run zmmtactl restart relaying emails works.

Please..does anyone have any explanation ? I would expect that admin tool will configure postfix ..otherwise it does not make sense
