Default Disable License Expiration Warning for Domain Admins

Hi all,

is there a way do disable the "Your license will expire in 30 days" Message for Domain Admins? Our HSP License is due for renewal within the next 3 weeks. Now we get lot of calls from customers who have Domain Admin privilege. They want to know what to do about this message and if everything is still working.

So it would be great if it would be possible to disable this message.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Andreas. Interesting question. I would like to know that too (not sure if this is possible, cause I think that is the whole point and intention, renew the license asap!)

.. of cause. I want to suggest that this warning should not apply to regular users with Domain Admin Privileges granted but to Global Admins only. That would prevent confusion and avoid a lot of support calls from our customers.

having the same issue here, we're about to renew, but internal approvals are getting delayed... thus we're in the grace period now.

it's really a poor design decision to notify users about the license renewal.
i really hope there is a way to stop that...

Default RFE Created

Created the following RFE for a feature to suppress the 30 day license warning:

Bug 57462 – Ability to disable License expiration notification

Any idea on status of this bug? or rather an enhancement. Sad there isn't much going on.

I am facing it again. Its disappointing that HSPs have to go through this.

Honestly, I'd rather have the "others" RFE arround HSP fixed than this one...

Things such as the "three level management" (superadmin, reseller, customer), additionnal reporting, etc.

However, I voted for this 8)
