Default [SOLVED] Spam & AV not showing in zmcontrol status

Hi,

I've recently upgraded from 6.0.4 to 6.0.9

After restart I noticed more spam was coming through to inbox and not spam. Do i have to re-train the spam filter? When I ran zmcontrol status it returned the following;

Host fivehosting.co.uk
ldap Running
logger Running
mailbox Running
mta Running
snmp Running
spell Running
stats Running

I get the following status responses for av and spam services though using their individual status commands. Is this anything to worry about?

zmamavisdctl status
amavisd is running.

zmmtaconfig is already running.
Starting amavisd...amavisd is already running.

There doesn't appear to be any spam scoring in incoming email headers either, e.g.

Run the following commands to see if the services are installed and enabled:

Code:
zmprov gs `zmhostname` | grep zimbraServiceEnabled
zmprov gs `zmhostname` | grep zimbraServiceInstalled
If they are all installed (including the antivirus & antispam services) and not enabled then enabled them with the following:

Code:
zmprov -l ms `zmhostname` -- +zimbraServiceEnabled antispam
zmprov -l ms `zmhostname` -- +zimbraServiceEnabled antivirus
If the services are not installed then I'd suggest you shutdown your Zimbra server, take a backup and install the latest release of Zimbra which is 6.0.10.

They did appear to be installed but not enabled. After I enabled them then spam score information was embedded in the body of the emails rather than showing in the message header.

I upgraded to 6.0.10 and this fixed all the issues. I guess some corruption/glitch in the upgrade from 6.0.4 to 6.0.9 occurred.

Thanks for your help.

Andy

That's also strange but I guess it's possible.
