Can't Access via web

Hi Guys,

Since Yesterday i can't access my mailserver. at first i thought it's because of old certificates and i createt some new one. but thist didn't fix the matter.

i still can't access the website for the login via https://www.gabriel-network.at and also via bb it's not working.

what i forgot to say: other websites are still working on my server just the zimbra webaccess isn't working.

Hi .. are you running a webserver alongside your zimbra installation? That is not advisable.

There could be a port conflict due to this that is causing the denial.

because of the conflict i configurated the zimbra server for just using https. the other websites are just using http.

but this isn't working anymore. i also tried to reach the server via my smartphone but this isn't working too.

i also switched off my apache webserver and restarted zimbra. No change.

Are you able to telnet to your ssl port from outside?

sry i'm not using telnet i just use ssh.

I was referring to connecting to your server from outside. Try this # telnet hostname 443 and see if it can be connected.

nope i don't get a connection. i even don't see the thins i'm typing in.

Adding to above, check your SSL port is open and listening from the server. Run this as root

netstat -lpn | grep :443
