Default Find Non SSL Users?

We're trying to do a soft migration to allowing only secured connections to our mail server.

We were wondering if there was a way to find out email accounts that are not connecting via SSL or TLS? I've looked at all the logs I thought might have the info and am not finding anything.

Any ideas?

Code:
netstat -t -n | grep :80
Would give you the instantaneous connections

This will work perfectly. I believe I can write up a quick perl script that will compare the ip's to the audit.log to find the users.

Thanks!
