Goup mailbox

How can I make a group mailbox?
All users mast receive all massages to blabla@domain.com
and all outgoing mails mast save in one outbox and it be accessible for all users.
Users can't delete massages.

You haven't even mentioned which version and release of Zimbra you're using. Update your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post the output here):

zmcontrol -v

I'd also suggest you first have a read of the Product Documentation and then search the forums to see if there's an answer to your question.

I expect it's usual feature for groupwork!?
Is no one needs to read the outgoing mail of group.

Can it be used distribution list for this?
or

is ti possible make a group/domain wide rule to copy all outgoing mail to some mailbox and sare it?

What we do here for some departments is create a separate Zimbra account for that department (i.e. mathdepartment@our-domain.edu) and share the Inbox and Sent folders of that account with each person who needs access.

A persona allowing each the user to send from mathdepartment@our-domain.edu is also setup for each user who needs to send from that address.

Works out fine for us here.
