Sync CalDAV & CardDAV with MobileMe?

I am wondering if it is possible to have the Zimbra contacts and calendar not just accessible via DAV, but if there is a way to keep it in sync with MobileME.

A related question:
I have an Exchange account at work, and I use Zimbra for personal use at home. I really don't like maintaining two address books. I would prefer that I only add a contact once, no matter where (zimbra, Mac, iPhone, Outlook at work, etc.) and have that one entry propagate to all the other locations of my address book. Am I dreaming too big?
