Default Sharing briefcase folder problem in french

Hi,

We try to share briefcase folder with external user but in french the login/passwd is replaced by {1} {2} as shown in the capture bellow in the mail notification.

No problem in english as shown in the 2nd capture, for the same folder with the same external user/passwd.

What's wrong ?

Thanks for your help.

Sam.

Hi Sam, that sure looks bad. Anything from bugzilla related to this? What happens with the share? This is clean feature that should work fine.

The share is created but without login/passwd access as it is a public access, this feature worked fine sometimes a go but since a system reboot the machine after changed RAM from 8Gb to 16Gb we have problems.

It seems Zimbra a little bit unstable (sorry for that) now I'm afraid to reboot, the last time I had to spend a night to solve Java problem because rising the RAM up 16Gb there is more than 250 users and a company working with mail all over the world.

I don't find in bugzilla this bug reported (search with "french").

Sam.

Sorry the shared folder is well with login/passwd access, it was before set as public, after suppress the public access the system show now the login panel, but the login/passwd bug don't change.

It seems this bug 39552 was fixed in ZCS_6.0.6 but not in ZCS_6.0.7 !

Please my customer ask me to do something...

Thanks in advance.

Sam.

You'll have to wait for the problem to be investigated via the bug report, you'll be notified of progress on that bug.

Ok thanks, but what about the 6.0.8, 6.0.9 and 6.0.10 versions !?

I'm afraid to upgrade now...

Why are you 'afraid' to do an upgrade?

Why ! because after rising the RAM from 8 to 16Gb and a reboot, the Zimbra server stop to work and I spent one night to make it working, problem with Java (mailboxd_java_heap_memory_percent problem) and amavisd refused to accept request I had to change by hand the /opt/amavisd/sbin/amavisd file.

And now an old bug fixed on previous version is back in the next (6.0.7).

A company with more than 250 employees are working on this Zimbra server I don't want to take a risk. Let me know the really bug free version and perhaps I will upgrade.

Thanks for your help.

Sam.
