Is it we can use any other open source webmail with Zimbra.? Is it possible which one is good for Zimbra. ?

Because the zimbra webmail is not customisable for our org.

Anyone using IMAP4 will fit (Horde, Squirrelmail, etc)

What do you mean ? What do you want to do that you can't ?

i've used both squirrelmail and horde against zimbra imap to gently migrate users who are used to those interfaces. they've all eventually seen the light and moved to the zimbra ui.
