Default Migration 32 bit to 64 bit.

Should I migrate from 32 bit to 64 bit now or wait.
How is this done?
can I simply shot down zimbra and backup it's data and repopulate it on the new server?
thanks

Network Edition: Moving from 32-bit to 64-bit Server - Zimbra :: Wiki

It's not just a backup/restore...
It works nicely (just done one this morning, from a RHCS setup to a single VM).

I was just reviewing that. It doesn't look so bad but I think I'll hold off. That doc assumes that I'm staging a new server where my situation is that I'll be re-installing the 64 bit OS version on the same server and restoring the data.
I wonder when thos "version 8" is slated for release.
