Default xmpp stop working after update to 6.0.10

After we updated zimbra OSE to the last release (6.0.10) the XMPP service fail to start with the following exception:

Any idea on how to fix this issue ?

I'd hazard a guess that there was a problem during the install, try running an update again and see if that helps (obviously take a suitable backup first).

I further investigate on the issue, that file seems to be missing also in the official jive svn repo (so I don't think that's an update problem). I think that before the update it was using the english bundle; where is specified the language that jive use ?
At the moment I just duplicated the english bundle, next night I'll restart the server and see if it fixes.
