error when deleting user

Hello, i have a problem when deleting a user

~ $ zmprov da toto@domaine.fr
ERROR: mail.MAINTENANCE (mailbox in maintenance mode: 20)
~ $

the status of the mailbox is "closed"

it's the same in the web interface

Have you tried setting it active instead of maintenance before deletion?
