Mail delivery to inbox troubleshooting

hi,

I am using trial appliance of Zimbra CS and downloaded latest version and I installed as default documentation ok.

I can "see" emails are arriving at the server but nothing is appearing at the webmail inbox

Even sending to two created users in GAL do not appear.

Where do I start troubleshooting with message tracking on Zimbra
