concurrent problems with mysql database and mailbox

Hi all, in some days my server lose energy and shutdown, in this month I have a concurrent problems with mysql database and mailbox, tables error, database integrity problem, problem with index mailbox, do yoy know some recommendation for this problem please? when I cant repair the the database with imnodb_force_recovery I have to restore my backup, some recommendations please?

I use Zimbra Collaboration Suite under Ubuntu 64Bits and ext3 for /opt
