How to edit mynetworks?

I know how to directly edit /opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/main.cf and add the IP Addresses to "mynetworks." However, as I understand it, Zimbra rewrites to this file each time it starts up and it is better to edit other files (e.g. /opt/zimbra/conf/zmmta.cf).

I am unable to determine the correct way to add IP addresses to "mynetworks" via searching this forum. Can anybody tell me how?

(Also, I am testing out the appliance. The "simplified" GUI in my opinion is WAY oversimplified. The open source addition allowed you to edit this in the GUI, but it has disappeared in the appliance along with just about everything else.)
