Zimbra NE 6.0.9 + BESX 5.0.2 + ZCB 6.5.1 "Permissions denied issues"

Hi!
I'm trying to setup and run ZCB+ZCS+BESX as an alternative to BES+MS Exchange in our organization.

I have gone through the ZCB 6.5.1 documentation, and the troubleshooting pages in the wiki relating to BES, and I have made my BESadmin account a Global Administrator in Zimbra, with ability to read all email set in its preferences.
Nevertheless I still get these errors relating to permissions after I have attempted to activate a user, and OTA activation fails. Everything else works fine.

Ive attached my mailbox.log file for your perusal. If anyone can please help?
