[SOLVED] Chat logging with external clients

Sorry if this has been posted before, but i haven't been able to find any useful information on it.

We use external chat clients to login to the zimbra chat server (specifically Pidgeon and ichat). We are now noticing that the external chat clients no longer log the chats to the zimbra server (i.e. any conversations will not go into the chat folder in the users mailbox when using the external clients)

We have recently (12/15) upgraded to Release 6.0.9_GA_2686.RHEL4_64_20101115224447 RHEL4_64 NETWORK edition from 5.0.18, and the logging was working correctly on the old version.

If anyone has any ideas on configuration that may be incorrect i would appreciate it.
