I was able to resolve the problem by restoring the Backup...

Hi,
for resolving following error, first uninstall zimbra (./install.sh -u) and make sure LDAP is not running on server PC then again install (./install.sh) zimbra.

That's rather a silly thing to do, it will remove your Zimbra installation and all the email. The question in this thread was about an upgrade not a new install when the removal wouldn't matter.
