Are there any plans for a Red Hat 6 Install of Zimbra Open Source?

Will the install for RH Enterprise 5 work with RH Enterprise 6?

Is it something that is going to be available when V.7 is out of BETA?

Yes. You should check bugzilla then the Product Portal to see if it's targeted for that release.
