Default Reindex Mailbox Error

Please help me to solve this problem, Thx!!

When i type:
zmprov rim user@xyz.com start

Then Error return:
ERROR: service.INVALID_REQUEST (invalid request: can only be used with SOAP)


zimbra version:
Release 6.0.9_GA_2686.UBUNTU8_64 UBUNTU8_64 FOSS edition.

Pcfung, did you check your mailbox.log for any detailed information on this error? That command is just fine for reindexing.
In between reindexing can be easily done from zimbraAdmin, edit the account and look for reindex mailbox option in the pane.

I also tried to reindexed mail from zimbraAdmin but i have a message that reindexing not working.

Can you help ?

Why do you think it's not working? How did you re-index the mailbox? Does this problem happen for one user or multiple users? Did you search the wiki/forums for an answer to this problem? What have you tried to resolve this problem?

Did you read the post above about looking in the log files for errors? You should do that first. You also need to provide the version of Zimbra that you have installed and whether it's a new install or an upgrade?
