Default [SOLVED] ERROR: service.FAILURE (system failure: GET failed, status=501 not implement

hello.
when i m running this command in ZCS 4.5.6

/opt/zimbra/bin/zmmailbox -z -m admin@mydomain.com getRestURL \
“//?fmt=tgz&query=is:anywhere” > /tmp/account.tgz

Getting this error

ERROR: service.FAILURE (system failure: GET failed, status=501 not implemented yet)

Pls guide ???
