Default Problem with encoding of email subject

Hi all,

I have a problem with the encoding of polish characters in the subject, the content is ok. I read the various posts already on this forum, I know that sometimes it helps to set the locale in the shell, but this only works on email content and not on the subject. Here is an excerpt of the original message:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-2"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

Encoding of user control panel is set to UTF8, and I also had the ISO8859-2 and no difference. How to deal with this difficult issue?
