Default Sending and recieving problem

Dear all
My zimbra needs to unckeck the DNS Lookup box to start recieving e-mails , but we can't send e-mails out of our domain.

If i checked the DNS Lookup box my server sends e-mails to any where but the server can't recieve any e-mails.

I don't know what to do , if any one send me any ideas .

Thanks

You can start by updating your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post the output in this thread):

Code:
zmcontrol -v

Did you search the forums first, this has been answered many time. Are all the services running? Look in the log files to see what errors there are. If you're behind a NAT router have you set-up a Split DNS (you need one)? If you have set that up then go to the 'Verify...' section of that article to confirm your DNS is correct.
